Our management team share several common traits – familiarity, trust and respect. We know each other, we push each other, we encourage each other to do more, and we are all here for the same reason – to change the consulting paradigm and help our clients realise the value their change project and transformation programs promise.
CEO and Joint Founder
Adam is responsible for the overall health of Inner Circle and leads the organisation in its mission to drive successful transformation programs for our clients.
His early program roles directing large transformation programs for HP prompted questions on the value provided by traditional consulting models that appeared more focused on change requests and ‘bums on seats’ than driving program success. These concerns sparked the concept of Inner Circle.
With a wealth of senior experience and a natural ability to quickly identify program risks; Adam has focused on mentoring and coaching clients to drive success, realigning failing programs and providing the independent expertise needed to manage incumbent vendors.
COO and Joint Founder
Ashley oversees the internal administrative and finance functions of Inner Circle, but his expertise lies in organisational strategy, business planning and value realisation.
A true entrepreneur (and amongst the first in Australia to be degree qualified in entrepreneurship), Ashley has an extensive history of helping organisations launch new market offerings, navigate mergers and acquisitions, and build the governance and methodologies needed to secure greater visibility of programs.
His approach is consultative (we hide the whiteboard markers in the office), he promotes collaboration and his ethos is very much ‘client-first’ – but designing programs that realise genuine value aligned to the organisational strategy remains his passion.
