Adam is responsible for the overall growth of Inner Circle and leads the organisation in its mission to drive successful transformation programs for our clients.
Having led ASX organisations through large transformation and efficiency programs, Adam has a wealth of executive experience and a natural ability to quickly identify program risks whilst taking advantage of technology and business trends.
ASHLEY COOK
COO and Joint Founder
Ashley oversees the operating strategy of Inner Circle. His expertise in organisational strategy, business planning and value realisation is renowned within markets, helping ASX clients to navigate large scale strategic programmes.
An expert on the whiteboard, his approach is consultative, promoting collaboration and a ‘client-first’ ethos. Designing programs that realise genuine value aligned to the organisational strategy remains his passion.

Dave leads our Marketing and Product function, ensuring that our clients are at the centre of everything we do. With over 20 years of experience gained in international markets, Dave is part of the team responsible for our growth agenda.
