We specialise in program delivery like the large consultancies, but our approach is very different.
We were born out of frustration with large consulting vendors that seemed more focused on change requests than they were in driving transformation success. Rather than repeat what they do, we opted to evolve what consulting was. We don’t have change request metrics, sell-through targets and aren’t measured by “bums on seats”. We don’t sell the A-team and then switch them onto a more important program and backfill them with juniors and left-overs from the bench (and ask for a change request because you no longer have the capability).

We are a team of 450 proven specialists recognised for our insight, support, collaborative approach, specialist teams and deep expertise across a wide range of industries including financial services, superannuation, telecommunications, logistics, manufacturing, retail and public service. We are the the new way of consulting.
Each consultant is personally recommended by a colleague and undertakes a rigorous 14-hour due diligence and peer review process before being admitted into the Inner Circle. More than 40 percent don’t make it through this phase, ensuring only the best make it into our teams and onto your floor.
On average, each Inner Circle consultant has 18 years of senior experience – they have written books, been keynote speakers at industry events, fought the wars, battled the fires and rescued the kittens from the trees (and they have the scars to prove it).
